Shipping Policy – Seolyun

At Seolyun, we carefully process every order and do our best to deliver your products as quickly and smoothly as possible.


Processing & Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing.

After processing, the average delivery time is 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.


Shipping Method

All Seolyun orders are shipped directly from our supplier to you. This allows us to maintain high product quality while keeping storage and logistics costs low — savings we pass on to our customers.


Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after Friday at 11:59 PM will be processed on the following Monday.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact our customer support team before placing your order.


Delayed Packages

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as:

  • high demand at local courier services

  • customs inspections or clearance procedures

  • public holidays or unforeseen logistical issues

If your order has not arrived within 3 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact our customer support team. We will gladly initiate an investigation with the carrier.

While we always assist where possible, Seolyun cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.


Delivery Issues & Returns

Once a package has been delivered or made available for pickup at a local post office or collection point, shipping costs are considered incurred.

If a package is:

  • refused by the recipient,

  • not collected in time, or

  • undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details,

it will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • we can resend the package once the correct address is confirmed, and

  • new shipping costs must be covered by the customer.


Force Majeure

Seolyun is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.
